My roommate and I are graduating in December and we need to sublet our apt for the spingsummer 2009 semester This is a great location on the corner of Beaver and Pugh Street right about the CVS nearly 1 block away from campus This is a one bedroom apt but it is big enough to fit 2 This is a one bathroom apt also There is one parking space availiable for this apt and it is an additional 30 dollars per month if you choose to take it Though this apt is unfurnished we plan on leaving some furniture including a futon a desk a table and chairs etc The only bills that you will pay are electric cable and internet Heat is included in the rent In total rent is 68000 per month but with two people it is 34000 per month If you are interested please email me at mdm5005psuedu I will be glad to answer ANY questions about anything I may have left out Thank you
